minor bug fixes

• ch06/02_bonus_additional-experiments/additional-experiments.py:
  • changed "data_file_path" to "new_file_path" to match with the code inside the create_dataset_csvs() func
• ch05/02_alternative_weight_loading/weight-loading-hf-transformers.ipynb:
  • updated assign_check() to remove user warning (see https://discuss.pytorch.org/t/difference-between-detach-clone-and-clone-detach/34173, maybe .detach().clone() is better than .clone().detach(), if you'd like to go with that)
