Manual build of 1.0.2 with wine fix

This is a manual release build of 1.0.2, with the Wine fix needed (the 4 lines commented) from ciribob#29. I haven't even removed the unused variables.

Done by installing Visual Studio and deps on a Windows 10 VM and letting Visual Studio update the project.

Visual Studio made several dependency information changes, plus end-of-line changes on files. See master branch.
