Why are these changes needed?
I created an repo to do some experiments and found that we don't need to replace the
v0.0.0string in release branch to make packages downloadable.https://github.com/MortalHappiness/testgomodule
Update: I found that if I don't install
afirst, I cannot installc. So I'll change the version again forgo.modin rc2.Related issue number
