Pull Request Overview
This PR adds a GitHub Actions workflow for automated Contributor License Agreement (CLA) management using the CLA Assistant tool.
- Adds a new workflow file that triggers on pull request events and issue comments
- Configures proper permissions for reading repository contents and writing to pull requests
- Integrates with an external reusable workflow from rdkcentral/cmf-actions
