By having Reactibot automatically post messages, we can hopefully cut down on confusion and help enforce behavioral norms

#124 is in progress, but running into some permissions issues locally. Haven't dug all the way in yet, but it might be related to intents changes

#18 I think adds too much complexity to it — messages don't need to be persistently visible or removed later. I'd like to keep this low maintenance.

At any rate, #124 "works" except that discord seems to be rejecting the messages. Once we the SDK updated I think it'll work fine
