I'm using the microbiologist-clinician.ipynb tutorial.
The tool is very useful.
I have a problem while executing the last cell in the notebook when calling: content.pathways_low_diagram(...).
Invoking the cell => No diagram is generated even that I have ~ 10 pathways_stId(s).
When I remove the %%capture to get the stdout, I get this message: "Status code returned a value of 404".
I tried to execute all the cells from the beginning (in case the token has an expiration time), but still have the same problem.
Previous calls in the tutorial worked very well and I'm not working over a proxy.
** The gene list I'm using is:
[ANKRD45, C12orf65, GLT8D1, HSPE1-MOB4, IRF3, KMT5A, LINC01068, NAGA, PGBD1, SLC9C2, WBP2NL, ZKSCAN3, ZSCAN31]
Thanks for help.
