Description of your changes:

This PR includes the following updates:

  • Updated base images in Dockerfile.konflux.driver and Dockerfile.konflux.launcher from go-toolset:1.22 to go-toolset:1.23 to address known Go vulnerabilities and ensure compatibility with the latest Go toolchain.
  • Added support for cross-platform builds by introducing TARGETOS and TARGETARCH build arguments in the launcher Dockerfile.
  • Ensured compatibility for ppc64le architecture during image builds.
