[RHTAP-6209, RHTAP-6211] Fixes for Gitlab + Tekton scenarios

This PR fixes *-repository.yaml hostType, names webhook secret based on hostType and adds GITOPS_AUTH_USERNAME to envs for tasks where necessary.
