This PR implements the automated release workflow proposed in this Confluence page. For the moment, it is implemented as an additional release workflow that does a dry-run of the release process. The intention is to be able to confirm that the integration works as expected before giving it the full responsibility of cutting RedisVL releases.
Once functionality is verified, a future PR will replace the current
release.ymlworkflow with the new one and enable actual operations by removing the--dry-runflag.
