- update version to 0.0.5
- actually package newer mion tools
- sketch out packaging licenses
- update bytes, miette, clap, local-ip-address, thiserror
- implement serial logging over cli
- haven't implemented `CatLog.exe` yet because that's a UI thing
and finding a cross-platform gui that's accessible is rough
