Pull Request Overview
This PR attempts to update the user records by adding a new users/merith.json file. However, the description also asks to remove the old merith-tk user, which isn't reflected in the diff.

Hey! So appearntly the "creation" command is returning a "User already exists" message on every attempt, so please also remove the user
merith-tkfrom the system!
