Modification of Basssiiie's RideVehicleEditor plugin v1.1 for OpenRCT2, with an added menu to display a selected vehicle's "soundRange" variable value, which determines which sets of sound effects to use (used differently by "scary" rides to determine scream types or trains to determine whistle/bell sound).
