Tiny(ish) follow ups from #272
Now that all reviews are being stored as blocks in the DB entries' associated pages, we can deprecate the unnecessary
reviewattribute and stop checking it.It also updates the block -> html functions to convert
/nto<br>& supportbulleted_list_itemblocks to avoid any regressions in review content.This also updates the data so that I can do a quick visual check to confirm there are no major discrepencies between the old way and the new way.
