Fixed docs for mailParts thanks @twenty-eighty for pointing them out.
There should be no change in behavior from following changes.
Side effects of that change.
Bumped use of test library version.
Fixed a few lint warnings, one of which showed that search thresholds
for different domain sections were not being used.
This is now corrected but the change causes no change in behavior
as all the thresholds have been the same all along.
Changed to assist clarity of code.
