The 'old' trnaprot URL was redirecting to another one, I updated it to the current one. Also, the file that gets loaded into the 'trnaprot' channel has the file extension '.gz', the script later on however keeps looking for something called 'xxx.fasta.gz'. The additional .fasta kept throwing nextflow off.
