This PR combines #136 and #132, but uses
pybind11to wrap the library instead ofBoost.Python(as mentioned in the comments of #132). It also adds python packaging so that a user can install with a simplepip install .command from the root directory of the project. Hope it's useful and happy to clean up further if you are interested in it!
