Per review feedback, updating spectests (execution-spec-tests) instead of ethtests for EIP-7610 support, as ethtests doesn't include this EIP.

We aren't actually using There's still some work to be done because the JSON structure is again changed (and now it's mainly yaml based). I had planned to get back on that soon. |
