Update: Improved hover styles for Experience Card

Description

This PR improves the styling and hover behavior of the ExperienceCard component in both light and dark themes. Specifically:

• Added smoother transition effects using transform and box-shadow with cubic-bezier timing functions.
• Improved hover elevation by adjusting box-shadow for both .experience-card:hover and .experience-card-dark:hover.
• Applied consistent max-width and margin styles across both themes.

These changes enhance the user experience with subtle animations and cleaner UI feedback on hover.

Motivation

To create a more modern and interactive feel for the experience card component, especially on hover. These changes bring visual consistency between themes and improve overall aesthetics.

How to Test

1. Hover over any ExperienceCard on the site in both light and dark modes.
2. Verify that the shadow and scaling animations are smooth and consistent.
