Welcome to the ML Team wiki!

Purpose:
This document serves as a structured record of our weekly meetings, capturing key discussions, attendees, decisions, and action items. By maintaining a clear and organized log, we ensure transparency, accountability, and continuity across our team’s activities.

Scope & Accessibility:
The minutes of each meeting will be documented and uploaded to the respective repository’s Wiki tab for easy reference. This documentation is publicly visible to maintain openness and facilitate collaboration.

  • Progress: Currently, volunteers are working on the assigned Git tasks. Trying to identify inactive volunteers and filter out the team, assign git tasks to the newly joined volunteers.

  • Issues with GitHub organization and clarity around tasks.

Action Item:

  • To create a document which acts as guide to the newly joined team members.

  • Discussed on Task #30 about few visualizations and as part of Subtask #33 to support the analytics work. Swathi Ramesh needs some clarity to proceed with the Role-Based Access Control implementation, and I’ll join on Thursday to discuss it further.

  • Progress: Currently, volunteers are working on the assigned Git tasks. Trying to identify inactive volunteers and filter out the team.

  • Next Steps: Wrap up current testing tasks and decide next area of contribution next week.
