Both modules have been removed in FLINT 3.4, preventing Sage from building with that version, and the interface was unused. Thanks to Matthias Köppe for reporting the issue in passagemath/passagemath#1833 (comment)

Thanks. I thought I had searched for an existing ticket but apparently I missed it. Antonio's solution may be better for now, just in case someone is using these interfaces, but that seems highly unlikely... |
