Write a possible solution for the problems found in #48.

I'll use the knowledge I gained from the book Getting Things Done With Work-Life Balance along with my experience of developing software to come up with a possible solution.

I use a tool or a combination of tooling, ecosystem and community that:

  • Helps me understand the nature of information, and what's causing me the
    actual stress.
  • Helps me discover unintuitive task organization skills and make them feel
    intuitive.
  • Assures me that whatever I'm doing is really the best thing I could be doing.
  • Makes me feel in control, no matter what comes at my way.
  • Helps me get back control after losing it.
  • Helps me handle the unexpected.
  • Helps me collect stuff in "In Basket" from different sources, efficiently.
  • Helps me find potential tasks for "In Basket".
  • Helps me clarify things and find the next action.
  • Helps me get organized and stay organized, putting minimal possible effort.
  • Helps me review tasks, projects, objectives, goals, vision and purpose from a higher
    altitude.
  • Helps me prioritize tasks and decide what (not) to do.
  • Reschedule tasks with different types of scheduling.
  • Can handle different shapes & sizes of data.
  • Is flexible enough to allow customization, configuration & hacking.
  • Helps me detect and analyze procrastination and offer better ways to
    procrastinate.
  • Helps me be always in motion.
  • Helps me assess the system and improve it.
  • Offers help, tips, hacks & wisdom from a community.
  • Lets me see a broader view so that I have the freedom to tweak stuff.
  • Guides me with how to do some task the best possible way.
  • Is
    • Hackable
    • Efficient
    • Flexible
    • Intuitive
    • Easy to set up
    • Offline first
    • Privacy respecting
    • Available
    • Extensible
    • Capable
    • Reliable
