Description

It seems this doesn't work. Like the wagmi is not able to use the injected connector make request.

To test:

  • Add the following in externalContracts.ts
import { GenericContractsDeclaration } from "~~/utils/scaffold-eth/contract";

/**
 * @example
 * const externalContracts = {
 *   1: {
 *     DAI: {
 *       address: "0x...",
 *       abi: [...],
 *     },
 *   },
 * } as const;
 */
const externalContracts = {
  11155111: {
    YourContract: {
      address: "0x4E439fde29737bD2B8a89CC2C2dDf9926c624194",
      abi: [
        {
          inputs: [
            {
              internalType: "address",
              name: "_owner",

            },
          ],
          stateMutability: "nonpayable",

export default externalContracts satisfies GenericContractsDeclaration;
  • update scaffold.config.ts targeNetworks with: [chains.hardhat, chains.sepolia]

  • Keep only unstable_connector(injected) as transport

    • In wagmiConfig.tsx in rpcFallback keep this:
        rpcFallbacks = isUsingDefaultKey
          ? [unstable_connector(injected)]
          : [http(alchemyHttpUrl), http(), unstable_connector(injected)];
  • Open debug page and see we are not able to fetching anything on sepolia

I also tried injectedWallet from rainbowkit in wagmiConnectors but no luck

Will create an issue on wagmi later 🙌

Should fix #1026 if works

Didn't work for me either.

I can't get the connected wallet balance either.
