Initial release

This initial release is just a standalone version of the confluence radar plugin with a static data-backend (all data are received from a static file).

If you don't like to build the radar on your own you can download the attached ZIP-file, extract it and open the contained index.html file. Also there is a radars/dump.js file contained which allows you to change the content of the radar.
