I've written a script that generates data citations for CMIP6 data, in order to comply with the CMIP6 terms of use.

This works by requesting the metadata from CERA, downloading it as XML, then parsing it into a citation string.
There is a function that takes just the minimum necessary information, and another that can take a baspy DataFrame.
