This patch removes the underline beneath the last visited book or folder.

This patch adds images to the mosaic folder entries: it uses the first cover according to the current sorting chosen by the user.
If you want to use your own folder cover, please add an image file in the folder named .cover.jpg, .cover.jpeg, .cover.png, .cover.webp, or .cover.gif.

The Mosaic or list entry to move up a folder has been moved into the title bar: when in a subfolder, the 
icon is replaced with an

This patch add chapter markers in the thin status bar.
It has the exact same height as the regular status bar, but each unread chapter marker is taller to ensure visibility.
Chapter markers that have already been read appear as white spaces, just like the progress bar in the alternate status bar.
It only shows TOC entries at level 1 to avoid cluttering the progress bar.

This patch fixes the reference page count, so the status bar shows the actual number of pages when using the reference page option.

- Prevent the sleep screen message from overlapping the image.
- Center the image.

- Option to refresh before showing the screensaver.
- Keep the message color even in night mode.
- Option to invert the message color when No fill is set.
By default, it does not change the sleep screen behavior.
This patch enhances compact mode in the status bar:
- Uses improved frontlight icons and adds the battery percentage
- Provides a better separator for title, chapter, and author when compact mode has no separator
This patch removes the top menu swipe and tap zones, so you'll be sure to open it in the last tab you were on.
