Check for negative inventory requests and insufficient stock

Fixes REACT-5TT. The issue was that: Backend hasInventory() method always returns false, causing a RuntimeException for "No inventory for item" and a subsequent frontend 500 error.

This commit includes the following changes:

• Added a check to ensure that the requested quantity for an item is not negative. If it is, an IllegalArgumentException is thrown.
• Modified the hasInventory check to take the remaining stock as an argument and return true only if the remaining stock is greater than or equal to 0.
• Updated the inventory check to use the remaining stock after subtracting the requested quantity.
• Added more context to the error message when there is not enough inventory, including the requested quantity and available stock.
