0.22

Release 0.22 decreases the number of build dependencies, which should make elementary-xfce easier to install on more systems. It also addresses an issue introduced in newer Gtk4 builds where some icons from our theme were not being rendered correctly in many apps. New icons were added for the Thunar file manager and disk image filetypes. The exe filetype icon was refreshed, and more icons were added for archive and lossless audio filetypes.
