This now uses a seperate mod lib, now we probably have a better chance of trying to implement dynamic loading, unloading and reloading.

Merging this as it's pretty important. This fixes kslink/static compilation. |

This is a WIP PR implementing some of #51.
It introduces module loaders as modules, while keeping the main loader in the core, as it's silly otherwise. It's a "module", though. Will probably always occupy slot 0.
modmodule type: Module loaders.modmodule, always compiled in.
