The ctf-version input parameter of the sink.ctf.fs component was added in version 2.1. If it provided on prior versions, the plugin fails to initialize. Signed-off-by: Felix Moessbauer <[email protected]>

Probably due to a rebase we read the first trace record twice in the old O(n) implementation. By that, we leak the record. We fix it by just reading once. Signed-off-by: Felix Moessbauer <[email protected]>

While implementing the CI, many issues on bookworm and noble were surfaced. These are fixed as well.
