- Check an ML-KEM, ML-DSA and SLH-DSA certificate chain, if the OpenSSL version is >= 3.5
- Add TODO to maybe integrate oqsprovider to validate a certificate. - Add ValueError if the algorithm can not be validated with OpenSSL.
- Fix the AKI critical flag - Fix the build_certificate arg to common_name.
