It's not a confirmation, rather a hint that you need to argue why the original reason no longer applies. If you can't this should not be merged. |

Okay to reproduce the issue, trigger the initial build and update any patch in the patch folder, then if i retrigger the build it is not actually rebuild the packages am i right? |
