Adding an optional flag
--fixImportsAndDependenciesto allow good-fences to fix errors for you instead of just printing out what those errors are.This only fixes import and dependency errors- we don't try to automatically fix export errors, as those are more strict and should require manual changing for now, and we don't try to fix any tags.
