Made "sign in" case insensitive as Safeway.com changed their capitalization, breaking old script.

Made "sign in" case insensitive as Safeway.com changed their capitalization, breaking old script. Increased wait time from 2 to seconds for the password field to appear as this was timing out occasionally.
