SNOW-947731
According to https://snowflakecomputing.atlassian.net/browse/SNOW-947731 avro-python3 has bug that causes
TestSchemaEvolutionAvroSRto fail. After the upgrade the test is failing with another error, but we can merge what I have done so far.Btw I discovered why we are limited to Protobuf 3.x.x in tests: https://docs.confluent.io/platform/current/schema-registry/fundamentals/serdes-develop/serdes-protobuf.html#limitations-and-developer-notes
