Since this does not include the original graph it is hard to check if it matches. But I looked at the original paper, and it did not match exactly. I had thought that adding the weights would solve the problem, but apparently not. Do you have any idea why it does not match?
I am not going to check the other figures, but in the future if your results don't match you should note that.
