if `keepAlias` is string, min alias for seajs modules and output the min alias list
It is usefull for debug
Add: `all` `minAll` `last` `new` list update info
Conflicts: tasks/transport.js
before: 'alias key'=>'./global.js' after: 'alias key'=>'parent/global.js'

keepAlias值为true，构建结果保留用户传入的aliaskeepAlias值为路径字符串，压缩构建结果的模块id，生成相应的alias列表，保存到keepAlias路径；第二次调用读取此alias列表
