Update Instructions

1. Edit the list in the /data/active.yaml file.
2. Commit the changes

Client Build Setup

# install dependencies
$ yarn install

# serve with hot reload at localhost:3000
$ yarn dev

# build for production and launch server
$ yarn build

# generate static project
$ yarn generate

# launch server locally
$ yarn start
