Elasticsearch is by far the most widely deployed vector database (https://db-engines.com/en/ranking/vector+dbms) and we were also part of the 1.0 launch.

I agree that Elasticsearch is a major database.
However, I also personally think that, to ensure fairness, other databases supported by Spring AI should be added on this occasion.

Right now 13 out of 20 (listed in the sidebar of https://docs.spring.io/spring-ai/reference/api/vectordbs.html) seem to be listed. So I guess it should be all of them for the sake of completeness?
