Description of Changes
Enable showing/interacting with files structures related to an IPython Console client connected to a remote kernel fromthe Files Explorer and Workind directory plugins.
For the moment this is just an initial exploration of an UI component to show the remote file info as well as changes for working directory signal handling to include data to query the files structure (
