This pull request rotates the Ansible vault password for stackhpc_repo_mirror_password used in the ci-aio and ci-builder environments. The change is applied consistently across both configuration files. However, I've noticed that the vault secret is duplicated in both files. To improve maintainability and reduce the risk of errors during future secret rotations, I've suggested refactoring this to use a single source for the secret.
