This PR is based on rather an outcome of trial-and-error on a real NEXTAGE Open robot with two Dynpick sensors wdf-6m200-3 attached.

Currently this PR, in particular dynpick_driver.cpp, is still WIP -- I've been testing the impedance control feature on the right hand of NXO but hasn't seen a success yet.
