Fixes bug where it was not possible to click next scene in the queue if the next scenes had not been loaded. Similarly for the previous scene buttons. Also fixed some weird behaviour in general when clicking scenes in the queue. Fixed the next/previous buttons not being displayed if the next/previous scenes had not been loaded.
Changed the queue viewer to sticky the queue controls to the top of the panel.
