Fixes #114

  • Support {.flatten.} options in objects.
  • Support {.flatten.} subcommands in objects.
  • Added flattenedAccessors(conf) if called generates templates to access conf.flattenOpts.theOpt as conf.theOpt.

I tried it in nimbus-eth2 here nitely/nimbus-eth2#9
