Fixed OpenLDAP support issues on all current RH distros except EL5, which lacks a current enough implementation of OpenLDAP in the repos to work with OpenDKIM.

If you're running OpenDKIM on EL5 and wish to include OpenLDAP support, I recommend installing a third-party RPM of OpenLDAP that is v2.4 or newer and manually building OpenDKIM against it with the OpenLDAP flag enabled at build time.
