Add support for STM32H725/735 parts

• Updates to support STM32H725/735 parts
• Successfully build examples
• At least one example for these parts specifically - examples/ethernet-rtic-stm32h735g-dk.rs
• Fix other breakages from Update STM32H7 SVDs and add H73X/H72X device family stm32-rs#554
• Remove dependency on nightly PAC build
