Tested it with following mapping which created tables in different schemas
"snowflake.topic2table.map": "^.*\\.tabled:schema_a.tabled,^.*\\.tablea:schema_a.tablea, ^.*\\.tableb:schema_b.tableb, ^.*\\.tablec:schema_c.tablec"
