This migrates the kit from generouted/react-router to Tanstack Router. This is largely done so that we can maintain file-based routing but use a more reliable and sustainable routing library. The generouted library has had some issues updating their vulnerabilities and TSR seems more ready for production apps.
This PR also updates the structure of the task flows so that they no longer use configuration files, rather the customizable options are marked with
CUSTOMIZEcomments throughout the templates.
