Update wrong dates of new version: 2023 -> 2024

📚 Description

The dates mentioned in the CHANGELOG.md file for the new versions since 2024 are wrong: 2023 is used but it should be 2024.
This change is useful because I thought the project was abandonned since 08/2023 (I'd checked the changelog before the repository).
