Some identity platforms also support X509 certificate based authentication as a more secure alternative to the classic OAuth client secrets. See for instance Azure AD: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/develop/howto-create-service-principal-portal#option-1-upload-a-certificate
This PR adds support for this authentication flow, via two new environment vars:
AUTH_X509_CERTandAUTH_X509_KEY.
