Add "wrap" argument to focus DIR command to temporary enable forced wrapping. This is equivalent of 'focus_wrapping force; focus DIR; focus_wrapping yes' command

I'm using this kind of layout:
Display divided verticaly into 2 parts, each part is used as container for tabs
Most common focus switch is between tabs in left or right half
This patch adds simple ability to cycle through tabs without jumping to another container
